Hi Friends,

Are you noticing aches and pains in your knees, shoulders, hands, hips, or elbows?  Joint pain is a common presentation of inflammation in your body.

Common causes of joint pain include:
Inflammatory diet
Degenerative changes from osteoarthritis
Autoimmune conditions
Poor posture
Sedentary lifestyle
Carrying extra body weight
Lack of sleep
Overuse injuries

Did you know that your diet can impact pain and inflammation in your joints?  Everyone is different and responds differently to foods.  Some people are sensitive to nightshade vegetables which include eggplant
, tomatoes, chili, and bell peppers.  For example, how do you feel after eating Eggplant Parmesan or eating a spicy dish with salsa?

Other common triggers for joint inflammation include sugar
, fried foods, as well as gluten and dairy.

What can you do to relieve joint pain?

✅ Switch to a clean, anti-inflammatory diet (eliminate sugar and fried foods, and consider a trial off gluten, dairy, and nightshades)
✅ Correct posture and ergonomics
✅ Regular exercise to strengthen the surrounding muscles
✅ Lose any excess weight
✅ Take key supplements for joint health

Joint Formula has anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving ingredients like Boswellia, Turmeric, and Resveratrol.  It also has joint-healing nutrients like Glucosamine, MSM, Collagen, Hyaluronic acid, and Trace Minerals.

Some of our other supplements that support joint health include
Turmeric ProOmega 3 Fish OilCollagen with Hyaluronic AcidVitamin D3 with K2 as well as Essential Calcium and Essential Magnesium.

✅ Proper hydration is also important for joints.  Drinking plenty of water throughout the day can help flush out inflammation.

✅ Taking a bath with Epsom salts, which are a rich source of magnesium, can also help relieve joint pain.

Finally, be aware that medications like ibuprofen can cause inflammation in the lining of the gut.  So it’s best to address the root cause of your joint pain!

Warm regards,
