Hi Friends,

Have you heard of Glutathione
🌟?  It’s considered the “Master Antioxidant” and plays a pivotal role in reversing oxidative stress and promoting detox pathways in cells throughout the body.

Glutathione has the following roles in the body:

✅ Neutralize free radicals and oxidative stress
✅ Reverse damage from radiation (X-rays, CT scans, UV and solar radiation)
✅ Detoxify heavy metals
✅ Detoxify biotoxins (like mold)
✅ Help reverse damage from environmental chemicals and pollution
✅ Neutralize toxins from food like charred foods and pesticides
✅ Improve liver detox pathways

Research has found that the following chronic diseases are associated with a reduction in Glutathione levels:
Aging
Alzheimer’s Disease
Cancer
Chronic Liver Disease
Cognitive Impairment
Diabetes
Hypertension
Infertility in Both Men and Women
Lupus
Mental Health Disorders
Multiple Sclerosis
Neurodegenerative Disorders
Parkinson’s Disease

Glutathione is made of 3 amino acids: cysteine (a sulfur amino acid), glycine, and glutamic acid. You can supplement with Glutathione directly, or with its precursor, another antioxidant called NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine). NAC has the unique property of breaking up mucous in the body, helping to clear phlegm and inflammation in the lungs and sinuses. It can also help to relieve allergy symptoms. Additionally, NAC is a “biofilm buster” and can help in treating gut infections.

Eating more sulfur-rich plants like broccoli
🥦 and the others shown in the diagram above ⬆️, can help your body naturally replenish Glutathione stores.

Everyone can benefit from supplementing with Glutathione! I especially recommend it 2 weeks before and after any radiation exposure (CT scans). I also recommend it for those with Fatty Liver Disease, or those focusing on Cancer Prevention. If your profession exposes you to a lot of chemicals (like hair stylists, firefighters, or landscapers), it may also be helpful to supplement with GlutathioneThose using acetaminophen (Tylenol) regularly can benefit from supplementing with Glutathione, since acetaminophen depletes Glutathione in the liver.

Hope you’re all enjoying this beautiful summer! If you’re spending more time outdoors in the sun
☀️Glutathione and Vitamin C can help protect your skin from the damaging effects of UV radiation.
