Another great option is Methyl B12 Tablets, which dissolve in your mouth, providing superior absorption through the mucous membranes in your mouth!  Each tablet has 5000 mcg of methylcobalamin, the superior form of B12!  It also has 1700 mcg of methyl folate.

Strawberry  Smoothie for 2:
16 oz unsweetened almond milk
10 ripe organic strawberries (frozen)
2 scoops Prebiotic Fiber
2 scoops Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
2 Medjool dates, pitted

Banana Smoothie for 2:
16 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons of your favorite nut butter (almond, peanut, or sunflower butter)
2 scoops of Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
2 scoops Prebiotic Fiber
1/4 cup walnuts

Cucumber Mint Smoothie for 2:
16 oz water
1 medium cucumber
1 handful of spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

2 scoops Prebiotic Fiber
