I’m so excited to share with you my latest video all about the KETOGENIC diet, also known as the KETO diet. This video was months in the making, starting with research, organizing the ideas, planning out the talk, filming, creating visual diagrams, to editing.
As many of you know, I’m a big fan of the PALEO & MEDITERRANEAN diet, but in my extensive research, I learned a lot about the health benefits of KETOSIS for weight loss, reducing hunger, reversing diabetes, reducing inflammation, improving cognitive function, and even starving cancer cells.
