I also want to share my typical breakfast in the morning. I love my Strawberry-Acai smoothie, scrambled eggs, and sautéed spinach, which keep me full and energized all morning long.
Since we had a hot summer, I’ve literally been drinking this smoothie every day and it always makes me feel amazing! Not to mention it tastes like a strawberry milkshake! It’s a powerhouse of vitamin C, fiber, nourishing protein, and probiotics. Here’s the recipe:
Strawberry-Acai Smoothie (for 2 people):
16 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or non-dairy beverage
8 whole frozen organic strawberries
2 scoops of Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
2 scoops of Prebiotic Fiber
1 packet of Probiotic 225 Billion
2 Medjool dates, pitted
2 tsp of organic Acai powder
