With all the summer heat, smoothies are the perfect nutrient-dense and hydrating breakfast! Here are 3 of my favorites:
Strawberry Smoothie for 2:
16 oz unsweetened almond milk
10 ripe organic strawberries (frozen)
2 scoops Prebiotic Fiber
2 scoops Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
2 Mejool dates, pitted
Banana Smoothie for 2:
16 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons of your favorite nut butter (almond, peanut, or sunflower butter)
2 scoops of Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
2 scoops Prebiotic Fiber
1/4 cup walnuts
Cucumber Mint Smoothie for 2:
16 oz water
1 medium cucumber
1 handful of spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup walnuts
2 scoops of Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
2 scoops Prebiotic Fiber
