4) Be consistent in taking some Essential Vitamins to optimize your energy and for preventative health.
5) Practice gratitude to promote a positive mindset in these often tumultuous and stressful times.
6) Keep your bedtime consistent, ideally before 10 PM.
7) Practice deep breathing or meditation.
