Dr. Rajsree's Guide to Healing Your Gut!

Hi Friends,

How would you rate your gut health on a scale of 1 to 10? 🤔 A perfect score of 10 means you move your bowels completely every day and feel amazing after visiting the bathroom! You digest your food without difficulty and have no pain, bloating, or heartburn after meals.

Unfortunately, many people are at a 3 or 4 when it comes to their gut health, with definite room for improvement!  Due to factors like stress 😰, the Standard American Diet (SAD Diet) 🍟, exposure to antibiotics 💊, travel ✈️,and food poisoning 🤢, many people suffer from gut symptoms. This includes inconsistent bowel habits, pain and bloating, acid reflux, and food intolerances.

These symptoms are often due to 2 main causes:
1) A disrupted ecosystem of bacteria in the gut microbiome🦠
2) Inflammation in the lining of the gut 🔥

This combination can disrupt the permeability of your gut lining, leading to a condition called Leaky Gut, which can cause a wide range of symptoms. To learn more about healing Leaky Gut, please watch my video.

The good news is there is a Dynamic Duo when it comes to gut healing:  Probiotic 225 Billion🌟 and IgG Guard 🛡️

I have seen excellent results using the combination of these 2 products to rapidly heal the gut and improve symptoms. 🙌

🌟 Probiotic 225 Billion is our strongest probiotic and has 5+ strains of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium 🦠 to help recolonize the gut microbiome with beneficial bacteria. It also contains prebiotics known as Larch Arabinogalactans that help to feed the good bacteria to produce postbiotics like Butyrate.

🏆 Probiotic 225 Billion has been one of the most popular probiotics in our office! It is excellent for “rebooting” an unhealthy gut microbiome and improving bowel consistency. It can be helpful with the following:

1️⃣ Symptoms of IBS 🌀
2️⃣ Improving bowel consistency
3️⃣ Strengthening the immune system 🛡️
4️⃣ Protecting from antibiotics 💊
5️⃣ Combating food poisoning 🍔
6️⃣ Treating traveler’s diarrhea 🌍
7️⃣ Recolonizing after a colonoscopy prep

It comes in powder packets that can be mixed with water (and a little optional lemon juice 🍋) and taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s very convenient since it does not require any refrigeration!

🛡️ IgG Guard is one of my favorite supplements to help heal inflammation 🔥 in the gut!  It is dairy-free immunoglobulins derived from bovine serum. These IgG antibodies work to rapidly heal gut inflammation caused by toxins⚠️, microbes🦠, foods🍩, and autoimmunity.

It’s best taken 2 capsules twice a day on an empty stomach (morning and bedtime).  The morning dose can be taken at the same time as Probiotic 225 Billion.

In my practice, I’ve seen great results using IgG Guard to treat:

1️⃣ Gut Inflammation, such as Leaky Gut 🔥
2️⃣ Inflammation from dysbiosis (bacterial imbalance) or Candida (yeast overgrowth)
3️⃣ Food Poisoning 🤢
4️⃣ Traveler’s Diarrhea ✈️
5️⃣ IBS and Abdominal Pain 🤕
6️⃣ Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis) 🔥
7️⃣ Systemic Autoimmune Diseases 🛡️
8️⃣ Food Allergies and Sensitivities 🍞🧀
9️⃣ Symptoms Flaring from Emotional Stress 😰
🔟 Symptoms Triggered by a Medication or Antibiotic 💊

By recolonizing your gut microbiome with Probiotic 225 Billion🌟, and healing the inflammation in your gut with IgG Guard 🛡️, you should hopefully see tremendous improvement in your bowels, digestion, and overall health!  This dynamic duo is ready to straighten out and heal your gut!

Hippocrates once said, “All disease begins in the gut,” so optimizing your gut health and getting a perfect score of 10 should be a priority in your health!  🙌

Ingredients:
1 small bag of petite purple potatoes (24 oz or 1.5 lbs)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 small red onion, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, through a garlic press
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 tsp Himalayan or sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
1) Cut the purple potatoes in half
2) Put about 1.5 inch of water in a large pot and place the potatoes over a steaming rack. Cover the pot with a lid and turn the stove to high heat.
3) Once you see the steam coming out of the pot, turn the heat to low and leave covered for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when a fork is inserted.
4) As the potatoes are steaming, make the dressing by putting together all the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and whisk together.
5) Drain the potatoes, and add them to the dressing. Mix well.

This is a great side dish for brunch, lunch or dinner!

Food is medicine, so eat well and feel amazing!
Enjoy, and happy cooking!
