Hi Friends,

Do you or a loved one suffer from acid reflux or heartburn🔥?  These are very common digestive symptoms that affect up to 25% of the population!

Most people manage their acid reflux with over-the-counter medications like Tums, Pepto Bismol, Gaviscon, and Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs)💊.  But did you know there are better, more natural alternatives that address the root causes of your symptoms? 🌿

I’m thrilled to share with you my latest video presenting my Natural Protocol for Overcoming Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).

In this video I cover:

❇️ Root Causes of GERD: This includes food allergies and sensitivities, slowed motility and constipation, low pancreatic enzymes, as well as inflammation and Leaky Gut.  Learn how a disrupted gut microbiome in the setting of dysbiosis (bacterial imbalance), Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Candida (yeast) overgrowth, and Histamine Intolerance can cause GERD.  Additional root causes include an H. pylori infection as well as a hiatal hernia.

❇️ Acute GERD Relief: Learn about DGL Chewables.  This is a supplement made from licorice that is soothing to the gastric and esophageal mucosa.  It can quickly relieve your symptoms within minutes and is a much better alternative to Tums!

❇️ Silent Reflux and Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR):  Are you noticing phlegm in your throat, or repeated throat clearing after eating?  Do you have a cough after eating certain foods?

❇️ Acid Reflux vs. Non-Acid Reflux: In non-acid reflux, undigested food is coming back up the esophagus, yet the symptoms mimic acid reflux. In non-acid reflux, Digestive Enzyme Pro and supplemental acid (Betaine and Pepsin) make all the difference!

❇️Serious Side Effects of Long-Term PPI Use ⚠️: Learn about the newest study published in Neurology linking long-term PPI use to dementia!  Prior studies have also shown long-term PPI use to increase the risk of osteoporosis and hip fractures, SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), kidney disease, C. difficile infection, and numerous nutrient deficiencies (B12, calcium, magnesium, and iron).

❇️ My Strategy For Successfully Weaning Off a PPI: Most people struggle to wean off PPIs due to the rebound increase in acid they experience.  Learn why this happens, and the best strategy to successfully wean off a PPI.

❇️ Natural Protocol 🌟: I present my 7-step protocol for overcoming GERD by making changes in your diet and lifestyle, and introducing some gut-healing supplements.

Hope you enjoy the video and please share it with your friends and family who may be suffering from these symptoms.  As always, please post your questions and comments. I look forward to hearing from you!

Aloe Vera Soothing Drink for GERD

Aloe vera juice is soothing for the esophagus and digestive tract.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup pure aloe vera juice (organic, preservative-free, and sugar-free)
1 cup coconut water (provides natural electrolytes)
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger root, thinly sliced (promotes intestinal motility)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)

By sipping this slowly, it should help soothe any irritation in your esophagus from acid reflux.

Warm regards,
