Hi Friends!

Lately I’ve been seeing many patients with symptoms of fungal overgrowth like dandruff, toenail fungus, skin infections, vaginal yeast infections and more. I’ve discovered this is often a result of fungal overgrowth in the gut microbiome.  Everything begins in the gut! This inspired me to create this video on Candida and SIFO (Small Intestine Fungal Overgrowth). Watch the video on YouTube by clicking this link:

SIFO is the “fungal version” of SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth).  Did you know that fungal overgrowth in the gut microbiome can be a root cause of IBS, bloating, food intolerances, heartburn, and many other common GI symptoms?  It can also cause systemic symptoms like chronic fatigue, brain fog, and mood symptoms.

In this video, I explain what causes yeast and fungus to overgrow in the microbiome.  Hint:  Everything from broad-spectrum antibiotics to the Standard American Diet (SAD diet).

Learn from an interesting case example of a young woman suffering from chronic GI symptoms (chronic abdominal pain and bloating).  The root cause of her IBS symptoms was Candida overgrowth in her microbiome and SIFO!  Learn why her diet was fueling the fungal overgrowth and the outward clues we could see on her skin.

This video covers how to treat Candida and SIFO through diet, natural herbal anti-fungal agents, probiotics, and more. Learn about the power of S. boulardii (good probiotic yeast) to “fight yeast with yeast.”   Learn about the protective benefits of digestive enzymes and stomach acid.

Hope you enjoy it and please share with your friends and family!  Please subscribe and post your questions and comments.  I look forward to hearing from you!

Warm regards,
