Two of My Favorites for IBS!

Chia seeds are a great source of soluble fiber and
omega 3 fatty acids!

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
2 Cups Non-Dairy Milk (like Unsweetened Almond Milk)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup  (or sweeten to taste with Stevia)
Pinch of salt

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and pour into
4 small glasses or mason jars.

Cover and keep in the fridge overnight.

Top with fresh berries, coconut flakes, and chopped walnuts for a
fresh and healthy breakfast!
