Hi Friends,
I’m thrilled to share an exciting new video podcast I recorded with world-renowned YouTuber and fitness expert, Thomas DeLauer. Together, we dive into the 10 most common ways you might unknowingly be destroying your gut health—and more importantly, how to stop it.
We’re seeing an alarming rise in gut-related issues like dysbiosis, leaky gut, SIBO, and Candida overgrowth. Since the gut is foundational to overall health, safeguarding it should be a top priority.
Have you ever wondered how your diet, daily habits, and medications might be impacting your gut?
Here are some thought-provoking questions we tackle in the video:
- Could the medicine in your cabinet be quietly harming your gut?
- Why do certain foods make some people feel well and others sick?
- How could eating the same foods every day reduce the diversity of your microbiome?
- Is the most common prescription at urgent care secretly wreaking havoc on your gut?
- What about the remedies for indigestion—are they solving one problem but creating another?
- Why are “diet foods” potentially fueling dysbiosis?
- And could your favorite weekend indulgence be feeding bad bacteria and yeast in your gut?
These questions only scratch the surface. Thomas and I break it all down in an engaging, eye-opening discussion that you won’t want to miss.

Brussels sprouts make the perfect holiday side dish—healthy, festive, and delicious! 🥦 They’re a true superfood, loaded with sulforaphane, which helps your body produce more of the master antioxidant, glutathione. They also contain DIM, a compound that supports healthy estrogen metabolism.
The best part? This recipe makes them so tasty, even picky eaters will love them! My son gobbled up his serving in minutes! 😃 Try it for yourself and watch everyone ask for seconds!
Watch the video above for a quick cooking demo!
