Hi Friends, š
They sometimes say that pregnant women are “eating for two.” š¤° In reality, all of us are eating for trillions!Ā The food we eat nourishes not just our body but the trillions of bacteria in our gut microbiome. Our food choices have a big impact on the types of bacteria that populate our microbiome. Healthy foods like vegetables š„¦Ā promote the growth of good beneficial bacteria in the gut. On the other hand, sugar š©, alcohol šŗ, and refined flours š„ can cause the growth of harmful bacteria and yeast like Candida in the gut microbiome.
Americans are suffering with an epidemic of gut microbiome disruptionĀ due to the Standard American Diet (SAD Diet š), exposure to pesticides and toxins ā ļø, broad-spectrum antibiotics š, and emotional stress š£! Often antibiotics reduce the growth of beneficial good bacteria in the gut, which allows yeast, like Candida, to overpopulate, as shown in the diagram above.
The good news is I have seen incredible results in cleaning up the gut microbiome with herbal antimicrobials. šæ My 3 favorite antimicrobials that I use in my practice areĀ Berberine Pro,Ā Oregano Oil, andĀ Allicidin. These 3 herbs work for a variety of conditions including Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Small Intestine Fungal Overgrowth (SIFO), Candida (yeast overgrowth), or Dysbiosis (bacterial imbalance). š¦ Please watch my videos š¹ to learn more about my protocols for these conditions.
We have received tremendous positive feedback on these protocols from patients and customers!Ā Please share your success story by posting a review under the product on our supplement store.
