It’s officially summer!  Schools are out, kids are at home, and the days are longer.  The extra daylight hours☀️ make it easier to get outside and enjoy some fresh air and exercise.  What are your favorite ways to exercise in the summer?🏊‍♀️🚣‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️I love going for an energizing, brisk walk as the sun rises 🌅or a peaceful stroll in the evening.
